How Did They Do It?


Well first off, let me tell you how they DIDN'T do it...

There were no (ahem) 'special' pills, powders or 'performance enhancers' used at all.

Who Is Muscle-In-A-Month For?


The muscle-in-a-month program has been designed for people who want to make VERY dramatic gains in muscle mass in the shortest possible time and who are willing to go all-out on their training and nutrition to make it happen.

I'm not gonna lie, this is a VERY tough program and one that'll challenge even the most dedicated of gym goers but at the same time it's well within the capability of anyone who follows the combination of the training, nutrition AND recovery advice that make up the program and so it's important to know from the start whether you're ready to fully apply the program rather than merely dabbling in it.

See, it's not a dabbling kind of program.

You can't chop and change the workouts, you can't skip days, you can't sell yourself short on the nutrition and you can't spend every weekend boozing it up at the pub... or rather, you CAN do that but you can't do that and still expect the program to deliver the kind of results that the guys above and countless others have achieved.

It just doesn't work that way.

BUT...

If you're ready to go all-in on your training and nutrition and are willing to limit your cheat days to a MAXIMUM of one a week (honestly, less than this would be better) then I can promise you the kind of transformation in terms of lean muscle mass that'll make your friends and family accuse you of being on steroids even though you're not :)


Who Is It NOT For?


Hopefully the above section made it clear but just in case, the program is probably NOT worth your time, effort, energy and money if:

  • You don't have the time to commit to the program -  The muscle-in-a-month program is pretty time intensive. You need to be prepared to train EVERY day for a full month (and depending on which version of the program you choose, sometimes TWICE a day. If you're not up for 28 days of back-to-back training then this program isn't for you. (Don't worry though, I've got plenty of other great programs) :)
  • You're not ready to dial-in your nutrition - The nutrition plan is a VITAL component of the muscle-in-a-month system and, simply put, if you're not ready to get pretty strict during the 28 days of the program then at best, you're going to get less results and at worst you're going to leave yourself prone to over training and even injury. If you're not ready to follow the eating plan just yet then this program isn't for you. 
  • You're not ready to limit your cheat days to a MAXIMUM of once a week - Following on from the above point about dialled-in nutrition, it's VITAL to the plan that you only relax your nutrition ONE day per week. To be clear, on 'relaxed' days you'll still be required to gain all your planned nutrients as normal but you'll also be allowed to consume a few goodies too on top of your planned meals. This CAN include alcohol but should not be excessive. If you're not ready to curb your party habits to just once a week then this program isn't for you.
  • You're not ready to REALLY challenge yourself in the gym - Muscle-in-a-month produces WAY above average results because it is a WAY above average program that requires WAY above average attention to training... including being willing to push WAY above what most people (even those who consider themselves hard workers in the gym) are willing to do. Speaking bluntly, it's a BLOODY HARD training program and it's mean to be. If you're not ready to REALLY push yourself then this program isn't for you.

Honestly, I'm not trying to hype up the muscle-in-a-month program or using some kind of reverse psychology to make people want it more. It REALLY is a great program that creates phenomenal results and it REALLY is a tough one too which is why it's important to know in advance what you're letting yourself in for.

The incredible results the program accomplishes are based on using the body VERY differently to how it's normally used and demanding MUCH more from it than it's normally required to give and that means that it's not going to be for everyone so I'd rather be honest upfront and let you know that so that you can make up your mind in advance rather than wasting your time, effort, energy and, of course, your hard-earned money on a program that won't work for you because you're not ready for it, so if I've put you off I'll consider it a job well done :)

Muscle-In-A-Month isn't for everybody... wait, I said that already, right? :)

For some it's just too much of a physical challenge, for others it's too demanding in terms of the time and for other still the commitment to clean eating and limiting cheat days are just too much to consider.
