Whatever it was that motivated you to get started, I'm glad you're here and I'm looking forward to getting to know you better over the coming months.

I'll be honest, gyms can be confusing, daunting and even intimidating places at first.

Especially if it's been a while since you last (or EVER!) set foot in one.

All those barbells, dumb-bells, treadmills, bikes, steppers, cross-trainers and other things with all those plates, pins and computer programs... it can sometimes feel like you have to have a degree in computer science to even get started, right?

It's DEFINITELY overwhelming for some people, I know.

And BECAUSE it's overwhelming, a lot of people end up wasting their first month or two (or more!) at the gym either avoiding certain exercises altogether or simply 'playing around' with what's on offer because they're not really sure how to get the best out of the equipment available to them.

And that's a REAL shame because we've found that those that don't see, feel and experience positive results early on are more likely to drop out of regular training which, of course, makes it even LESS likely that they're going to see results.

We don't want that for YOU.

It's really simple...

Over the course of 45 mins I'll guide you around the gym and help you to pick out the exercises and machines that are most relevant to your goals.

I'll show you:

  • How to set up each machine so that it's the best possible fit for your posture and frame
  • How to perform each exercise in a way that will reduce the risk of injury and increase the benefit to you
  • How to make slight adjustments in technique and focus to help you to get even better results
  • What settings to put your cardio machinery on for best effect
By the time we're finished, you'll not only no longer be intimidated by the gym, you'll actually feel confident and ready to use it in a way that'll speed up your results!

Either is fine and I PROMISE you that there's no hard sell or pressure either way.

The main thing is that I want you walking around the gym happy, confident and feeling like you're set up for success.
