Before We Start:
- We perform a full BodyMAP assessment to understand your how your unique postural, biomechanical, physiological and neurological efficiency affects how YOUR body functions and performs and we use this to create an exercise plan designed to bring about the maximum results possible with the minimum amount of stress on your body.
- Next, we perform a detailed BioMAP Assessment where we analyse your lifestyle, eating habits and hormonal efficiency so that we can create a unique dietary protocol based on how YOUR body best uses the food you consume to create the 'body you wear' so that rather than an off-the-shelf diet plan that's all about counting calories and weighing food portions you'll be eating specifically for YOUR body .
- Then we'll use our MindMAP Assessment to understand what makes you tick, what inspires you, what doesn't and what tends to get in the way, trip you up and keep you stuck and struggling. We'll use what we discover to set clear, measurable, inspiring goals so there’s no ambiguity about what success looks like as well as a strategy that goes WAY beyond goals, positive thinking and superficial motivation to keep you on track no matter what life throws at you.
During Your Program:
- We fine-tune every exercise, set, rep, step, pedal and row during each and every session to ensure you're moving across the range, speed and with the loads and resistance best suited to both your goals and your unique movement signature. Not only does this ensure you're getting maximum benefit from every single rep but it also minimises soreness, stiffness & risk of injury while at the same time keeping you in a zone where you're being challenged yet still enjoying your workouts rather than dreading them.
- We adjust your nutrition and hormonal support plan based on real-time feedback from your actual progress so that you're never left feeling hungry, undernourished or like you're having to put up with unnecessary restriction and limitation.
- We check in with you regularly between coaching sessions to ensure you’re staying motivated and on track and that the program you're following hasn't become a burden, a chore or something you hate doing
After Your Program:
- We review every session, every exercise and every meal, snack or supplement you've consumed throughout the course of the program to see how it helped or hindered your progress
