Hi, I’m Connor Moy, I’m a certified personal trainer and transformation coach who specialises in creating rapid yet lasting body transformation through a strategic and combined approach to training, nutrition and recovery.

While I’m still fairly young my background in training, transformation and the mindset of what it takes to create LASTING change has been part of my life ever since I can remember as my family owned and operated one of the best known and most respected personal training studios in the UK and my dad trained, lectured and educated around the world in literally every area of physical transformation including nutrition, endocrinology, neuroscience and psychology so I guess you could say personal training is in my genes.

One of the most important things I’ve learned about transformation is that most people tend to make it far harder and far more complicated than it needs to be and that it’s often those who push the hardest in the gym and take the most restrictive and punishing approaches to their nutrition that get the LEAST results while those that follow approaches that are more enjoyable and less restrictive tend to gain the MOST.

This is reflected in my approach to training my own clients.

Instead of the bash ’em, smash ’em, thrash ’em approach that many trainers seem to enjoy putting their clients through, my sessions are structured so that they’re challenging, sustainable and enjoyable, meaning that they NOT designed to leave you crawling out of the gym and unable to walk up the stairs for days at a time.

Don’t get me wrong, you’ll still be challenged and there’ll still be some aches and pains (I’d be lying if I said there wouldn’t) but we won’t be trying to get ALL of your results from every single rep of every single session so instead we’ll focus on making progress over the DURATION of the program rather than treating every workout like life or death.

Likewise, the approach we’ll take to nutrition WON’T be harsh calorie deprivation, counting points or spending excessive amounts of time feeling like you’re starving hungry.

The approach we’ll take will be similar to our training; enjoyable, progressive and sustainable.

You’ll get to eat PLENTY of good, clean, wholesome and nutritious food as part of the approach we’ll take together and NEVER have to worry about feeling so restricted that you’re hungry and fantasising about food all the time like so many people tend to.

Working Together If...


I work with a wide variety of men and woman of all ages and on goals ranging from losing weight to gaining muscle mass to enhancing their performance at their sports or recovering from injury so regardless of your goals I can help but  the people I work best with and who get the most of of working with me are those who:

  • Are SERIOUS about getting their results yet who are just as serious about achieving them in a way that’s fun, enjoyable and without the life and death stress and struggle that so many people seem to get caught up in
  • Are as COMMITTED to the PROCESS of getting their results are they are to the idea of actually achieving them. There’s no getting away from the fact that transformation takes work but the REAL work is committing to the plan you’ve agreed to, doing what you said you’d do and when you said you’d do it by. It’s almost impossible to GET a result let alone KEEP it when you treat the process as an option that you can change your mind about at will
  • Are as passionate about KEEPING their results in the long term as they are about GETTING them in the first place. It’s actually pretty easy to GET a result… trouble is, it’s really easy to LOSE them again, as most people know. If you’re committed to having your results stay with you in the long term then I know I’ll enjoy working with you
  • Can take direction and guidance that moves them in a new direction rather than holding on to opinions and approaches that haven’t worked for them in the past yet are part of their comfort zone or habit-base. There’s a very good chance that I’ll be younger than you… maybe a LOT younger and I’m certainly not going to try to tell you how to live your life, but in the area of transformation I need to know that you’re at least going to be willing to TRY what I share with you


Let's Give It A Miss If...


Just to be clear, what I’m about to share isn’t coming from a place of conceit or arrogance but rather, it’s a genuine commitment to making sure that those I work with get the very best in terms of both results and experience while they’re working with me.

Let’s face it, personal training and 1:1 coaching isn’t the cheapest of options and it requires a fair bit in terms of commitment of time, effort, energy AND money and so I’m always concerned that none of those things are wasted because people aren’t truly ready to work with me.

Honestly, I’d rather you KEEP your money and spend it where you can get the most benefit rather than give it to me and be disappointed.

So… DON’T work with me if:

  • You’re using training to punish or ‘beast’ yourself into shape.
    Our training WILL be hard at times and I’ll challenge you in EVERY session but if the only measure of the value of our sessions together is how rubbery your muscles feel when you leave or how sore you are the next day then I’m not going to be the best fit for you
  • You’re looking for a calorie-by-calorie nutrition plan or some kind of extreme accountability from me. I’ll DEFINITELY guide you through creating a plan that works for you but if you’re after a gram by gram, nutrient by nutrient meal-planner that I’m supposed to hold you accountable to, let’s give it a miss
  • You’re unable to commit regular time every week for the duration of the program. Sure, you’ll be charged for any missed sessions but for me it’s not about the money, it’s about getting you the results you said you were committed to so an on-again-off-again approach isn’t going to work.
  • You don’t trust the process. If we work together I’ll create a detailed and structured plan to help you to get the results you want. That’ll take trust and commitment and the understanding that it’s not up for changing whenever you feel bored or want to add or remove something that’s important to your results. That’s not to say that what you want won’t be taken into account as I design your program but rather that once it’s designed we’re going to stick to the plan. If you like to ‘go by feel’ then it might be better to train by yourself.

Look, I just want to be honest… ...training with me is not for everyone and, like I said, I’d rather you get what you need from someone else rather than be dissatisfied with working with me if you were to find out AFTER signing up that I’m doing things a bit different to what you expected.



So... What Now?


Well, if my honesty and directness has put you off working with me and you’d rather spend your money elsewhere then I understand completely and I’ll consider my job well done.
